Scope and acceptance
These terms govern your use of the website, APIs, and managed inference services operated by ProbSeek Inc (“ProbSeek,” “we,” “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. A separately signed service agreement controls to the extent of a conflict with these terms.
ProbSeek v1 covers managed API inference. GPU rental, dedicated infrastructure, and other services are included only when expressly covered by a separate agreement.
Accounts and API credentials
You must provide accurate account information and have authority to act for the organization you represent. You are responsible for managing authorized users and the applications that use your account.
Protect API credentials as confidential secrets. Do not embed them in public repositories or client-side applications. Revoke exposed credentials and report suspected unauthorized access through the support channel supplied with your account.
Service access and model availability
Access is limited to the models, features, regions, and usage limits enabled for your account. Model cards describe upstream models and do not create a commitment to offer a particular deployed model, capability, or serving limit.
Inference currently runs in the United States (US). European Union (EU) inference is planned and is not currently available. Model versions and serving behavior may change. Any service-level commitments or deprecation notice periods are those expressly included in your service agreement; these terms do not create an uptime guarantee.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable model licenses. You are responsible for obtaining the rights and permissions needed for content submitted by your users.
Do not use the API to violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, facilitate fraud, exploit children, or gain unauthorized access to systems. Do not evade account limits, interfere with other customers, or attempt to obtain confidential information from the service.
Inputs, outputs, and your responsibilities
As between you and ProbSeek, you retain your rights in material you submit. You authorize ProbSeek to process that material to provide the service in accordance with the Privacy & Data Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement.
Model output can be incorrect, incomplete, or similar to output generated for other users. You are responsible for evaluating responses, respecting third-party rights, and applying appropriate human review before relying on them. Output is not a substitute for professional judgment.
Usage, prices, and payment
Your applicable pricing schedule or service order sets the rates, usage measurement, payment method, and billing terms for your account. Review those terms before making billable requests. Catalog listings and illustrative code do not specify a price or authorize a charge.
Taxes, credits, refunds, commitments, and the treatment of failed or interrupted requests are governed by the applicable billing terms and law. Do not assume that a disconnected request has no cost. For usage records or billing questions, contact hello@probseek.com with the relevant account and request identifiers; do not send API keys.
Privacy and confidentiality
The Privacy & Data Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement describe how personal information and request content are handled. Review them before using the service and contact us if your application requires specific data-handling terms.
ProbSeek does not use API inputs or outputs to train models. ProbSeek does not log prompt or response content in routine inference logs. Operational metadata logs are retained for 7 days after creation and then deleted. They contain request IDs, model identifiers, token usage, latency, and status codes, not prompt or response content. The 7-day period applies to operational metadata, not all account, billing, support, or backup records. These policies do not establish blanket zero data retention.
Intellectual property and model licenses
ProbSeek retains its rights in its service software, brand, and documentation. Access to the API does not transfer ownership of the underlying platform.
Third-party models may carry their own licenses and acceptable-use restrictions. Model pages link to source documentation. You are responsible for observing the third-party rights and restrictions applicable to your use.
Suspension and termination
ProbSeek may restrict access to address compromised credentials, unlawful use, security threats, interference with the service, or material breaches of these terms. Restrictions must be proportionate to the issue and communicated where legally and operationally possible.
You may stop using the service and contact hello@probseek.com to request account closure. Outstanding charges and the treatment of prepaid balances are governed by your billing terms and applicable law. Account closure does not itself erase records; data handling remains subject to the Privacy & Data Policy and applicable data-processing terms.
Warranties and liability
AI systems can produce unexpected results and services can experience interruptions. You are responsible for validating outputs and designing appropriate error handling and fallback processes for your application. ProbSeek does not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Additional warranties, liability limits, or indemnities apply only as provided by an applicable service agreement or law.
Changes and notices
Updates to these terms are published on this page with a revised last-updated date. Material changes are subject to any notice or acceptance requirements under applicable law and your service agreement.
A product announcement or model card does not modify a signed agreement unless that agreement expressly allows it. Contact us with questions about the terms applicable to your account.
